He has more than 15years of overall experience working in the IT industry and currently working as a Technical Services Manager. He started his career in India and worked there for more than 6 years before going to Dubai. He said that in his first job, he was working in the Telecom industry in India which he gained experiences in the networking field. He worked on the infra part and mostly work on the XXX system and worked as well in the server infra, network infra, and able to provide solutions in the company. He said that he was able to architect the solutions and design it and set the standards for each of their customers as well. He has a hands-on experience in the networking components and server infra and said that he had an experience managing a team of 13 people for 7 years. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? He rates his technical skills for 8.5 out of 10 and with regards to the Windows infra he rates himself 8 out of 10 and Linux as 8 out of 10. He also said that he has a good communication skill since he thinks that it is the key to a good team and relationship with his colleagues and stakeholders.
