He has more than 10 years working in the IT industry and done his technical certification from technical certification MCSA and MCP from XXX Computer Institute. He is currently working as a System Administrator with five years of experience in business XXX House and handling day-to-day calls related to servers, Active Directory, DNS, DSP, Group policy, group policy objects, user creation, deletion, and even the password reset. He also do some 365 installation and configuration of outlook, one drive, and SharePoint. He is also tasked for the Email account creation, deletion, password reset, email forwarding, managing mailbox, and shared mailbox delegation permissions, and Windows Server update service installation and configuration. He is also taking backup in the daily basis into external hard drive and responsible for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the servers, laptops and PC’s and responsible for installation and configuration of switch, router, firewalls and installation and all types of printer scanners. He also has an experience in updating the network equipment to the latest from their release and monitoring and basic troubleshooting of DVR and CCTV cameras. 2.
