With more than 8 years of experience working in the IT industry and most of his role are for the IT technician. He said that in his previous jobs, his tasks is mostly on the installation of the software and solve software and hardware problems. He also do the creation of the users and setting up the passwords for the laptops. He also had an experience working in the warehouse as a supervisor and deals with the customers, he said that he started working there as a technician but got promoted as a supervisor. |

He has a strong knowledge in terms of the Windows OS and with knowledge in networking as well. He said that he has a good skill in dealing with the customers and can build a good relationship with them or with the clients. |
