With more than 13 years of experience working in the IT industry and said that most of his experiences are as an It support, network administrator, or system engineer. He said that he has a very good understanding in troubleshooting different devices like network, windows, Linux, as well as in the data centers. He also has experience in activating the windows and do help supporting the video conferencing for the zoom or even in the MS outlook. He has a good experience in replacing and troubleshooting software and hardware and also help in terms of finding the problems and help resolving the problems in the network as well. |
| 2. What skills / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the list of criteria’s according to the client’s requirements? He has a good experience and knowledge in hardware support like replacing the RAM, the batteries, and help in terms of troubleshooting servers in the data centers and maintain it. He is also knowledgeable in cabling structures and able to trace the cables over the network infrastructure. With good experience in switches in terms of its status, the port issues and also responsible in responding to the emails and coordinate with the department whenever they encounter issues. He is also knowledgeable in ACL, Active directories, CCTV’s, and provide support in the R&D’s. |
