He is strong in customer service and a patient person since he has been in the customer service industry for many years, and he also has a strong problem-solving skill, and he also knows the process in the banking industry. He also has a strong knowledge in the Dubai and China market since most of the customer he dealt with were Chinese and Emirati people. 3.
