He has more than 6 years of experience and since the last 4 years he is working more on the salesforce commerce cloud and handled multiple projects and most of the time he provided development support and in his recent project he works as the technical lead and taking care of the releases and product deployment, resolving production issues, manage development team, and provide support to the development team. Apart from that, he also participated in the new integrations and implementation for the new sites launch. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? He is basically a backend developer and in the salesforce, he is taking care of all the backend stuff, but recently he also started working with the frontend development just to grow his skills in different technologies as well. Primarily he is a backend developer and said that he is an expert in JavaScript and other business-related tools. Rate his skills in backend development 3 out of 5 and said that he has 5 years of experience using it while for frontend, rate his skills 1 out of 5 since he just has 6 months of experience. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients requirements? He has 2 years of experience in handling a team which is consist of 5 to 6 people. He specifically works in the Salesforce commerce cloud and worked on the B2C and multiple sites like Panasonic, Nike, etc. He worked in multiple projects and worked on a scratch project where he built a project from scratch and worked on the customization features and implementation as well. He also said that he has a B2C commerce cloud certification. |
