| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is working as a software testing engineer in XXX with 4 years of experience in the software testing field. With experience in both manual and automation testing and have worked in various domains such as the insurance domain etc. He also mentioned that for his last project it was for the Denmark based client and use the agile methodology and follow a 2 weeks sprints for that project. They implemented the BDD cucumber with the cucumber tool integration of Junit. He also said that he worked in different frameworks and used various types of tools like Git get as a source code management tool and check the source code using Jira. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? He said that he is good in using GIT commands and to avoid some issues that may occur in the pulling or the new created code. He will inform and give the latest pull to his manager to personally execute the pull. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients requirements? He said that he has 3 years of experience in automation while 1 year in manual testing. He have an experience in Selenium with java for more than 3 years now and with experience in cucumber as well.
