He is working in Customer Facing roles for 7 years and he is expert in roles related to Customer Support and Relationship Management. He worked in a banking firm as a Relationship Manager. He worked there in different capacities he worked there as a business analyst, Sales support and but major part of my role was Product Manager where he had to manage sales and customer support.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He also had to create sales strategies, marketing strategies and we have to work it together with the team. He was also involved in business development and we were able to collaborate with a couple of companies which were actually helping us to increase our revenue.
3. Fintech/Crypto and Blockchain- He was in a software house and in the start in the beginning when he joined them in 2018, they were running an application of fintech application. the product name, was X, and we were dealing with different accounts in UK one or like different agents.
IT Sales- With his previous company where they were managing the software which was an ERP system for school, which was handling all the operations. So when he joined in, they were having only 18 customers and they actually on boarded employees 34 but only 18 left. When he left there were around 180 customers.
