| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is a full stack developer and has about 9 years of experience in software development. He is currently an Expert Software Engineer for XXXX where he is leading about 10-12 JS developers assigned in different projects; most of their projects are related to SEO-boosting platform, e-learning platform, and also a Vue.js project which they have recently started; as a lead, he is the one writing all the documentations of how they will develop the feature, improvements/updates, and so on. In terms of his main development stack, he is good with React Native, Node.js, .Net, and AWS technologies specifically server less technologies. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be JavaScript including React, React Native for web and mobile frontend. For the backend he is good with Node.js, and also has been working with the .Net framework for around 4+ years now. He prefers to be working as a full stack developer although it’s okay with him as well to focus on frontend for some projects. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has 9+ years of experience in software development mostly doing full stack development. He is strong with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and libraries/framework including React, Angular, Node, and Vue.js as well. In terms of languages, he can read/understand bit of Arabic but not fluent in speaking. |
