| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has almost 5 years of experience in the IT industry and her last role was a Software Tester in Microsoft Dynamics CRM field for XXXX. She handled about two clients back then, one was with booking.com and the other one was with Visa; basically, she was handling Agile method testing and when a Sprint comes in, they went through the requirements and see all the user stories. She is also involved in writing test cases for user stories, get review done, and start the testing in the test environment. Other than that, she was also attending all meetings, coordinating with other team members, and such. Before this, she was with XXXX as an Associate Software Developer where she built test cases to evaluate their application’s functionality and also did manual testing for sprint testing, end-to-end testing, and regression. She was responsible as well for creating test cases for them and managing defects using DCM tools. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be in software testing side since she’s been doing this since the start of her career; she’s proficient with creating and testing user stories, giving sprint estimation time, and managing the test planning documents. With the daily tools and technologies, she’s great with JIRA and also VSTS. Aside from that, she’s good with connecting to stakeholders as well. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has been doing software testing for almost 5 years now and has some knowledge with monitoring solutions/network monitoring tools as well. Strong with testing methodologies, mostly has experience with Agile, and also automated testing frameworks. Not much experience with networking protocols but would be willing to go through that for this role. |
