| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has been in the IT industry for 20 years now and has 13+ years of experience in project and program management mostly in Agile, Waterfall, and has worked on Scrum, Kanban, Agile Framework and also a certified Scrum master from streamlines and have 3 certifications in SAFE as well. For the past 5+ years, he has been working with XXXX where he worked for 2 clients managing multiple programs for them. He also worked with major companies like XXXX and worked in the UK for around two years. During his time with XXXX, he was a technical field at first working with IBM inference background, and then currently, he’s managing 3 projects with them for customer domain and people domain. He is handling about 3 scrum teams, approximately around 8 team size, and he’s involved in end-to-end project management, scope management, risk management, cost management, and stakeholder management as well. He has a good experience in retailer, automotive, manufacturing, and government domains. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be project and program management since he is PMP trained and have both PMP 6 and 7. Also, he’s strongest with Agile and Scrum, and basically implementing frameworks, and everything related to project management he can definitely add value to the client and the business needs. |
