| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is working now with XXXX as a Software Team Lead where he is responsible for stand-up meetings with his team every day, also still doing development mostly for logistic companies. He is responsible for guiding, training, and following up with the team regarding their projects. He also does code reviews, and part of his responsibility is gathering requirements, create service, and such. In here, his role is 70% technical side then the 30% is team management. Before this, he was a Senior Test Engineer for XXXX where he is part of the development team then move it to the QA team or department, make sure they do testing, and return back to the development team as well. They ensure there are no bugs and ensures seamless flow and delivery of projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would his great ability in understanding the process and milestone for each phases of the QA, can follow plans efficiently, can effectively lead a team and help them overcome challenges in making architecture and system design. He’s strong with these things related to software development. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has 16+ years of experience in the IT industry and has strong experience with SQL Server. Also has experience with Java Spring boot for about a year now. Has no problems working in different and new domains since he’s adaptable, his recent industries are financial and logistics. For the team management, he is currently handling about 7 people, all directly reporting to him. |
