| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has 14+ years of experience in the IT industry mostly being a database administrator. He started his career as a software developer then became an API developer as well where they created publications and websites, provide integration between the application owners to another application through APIs. He is currently a database administrator with XXXX where he is providing technical information to both application development and BA team; also hosts application and API for server and production. He’s working here in three areas including providing support to both mobile application and web application team, maintenance and creation of database, and also book server after developing the software of a publication, hosting, and maintaining production as well. They also provide maintenance and changes of script for increased performance of the database, and optimize SQL Server query. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be the database side of things since this is his primary role in current position. He is managing here the application of the whole server, also the only person in production environment rolling out new features, update new databases, create table, and also procedure functionality. Also strong with the technical side and does advices, improvements to their developers. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 14+ years of experience in the IT industry and mostly strong with database side and API development; he single-handedly created API for mobile applications mostly for financial mobile payment software. Also well-versed with the financial and banking domain since he has done this for previous projects. Great with leading a technical team as well and currently handles around five members: 3 developers and 2 in the reporting team. |
