| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He graduated from XXXX with a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering. He is currently working as a Software Engineer in XXXX, a private company owned by the XXXX where they are selling social insurance details of the authority to banks, loan companies, and such. Their product is becoming huger now and is targeting AI and chat bot fields. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Software Engineer where he have created a web application for them and was the only technical guy back then; he created the XXXX for them and did software architecture, as well as application design. Before this, he was mostly doing internships where he had acquired lots of experiences as well such as requirements gathering, writing PLDCs, software requirements specifications, user stories, creating the overall architecture of the system and such; he also had taken care of the deployment releases, hot fixes, and relevant tasks. In terms of the technologies, he is good with PHP, Java Spring Boot, ASP.NET, and some HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and lots of other libraries. For databases, he is good with SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, and others. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Laravel and Spring Boot since these are the technologies he mostly use for his projects. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in terms of Laravel and 5 out of 5 in Spring Boot; he has done lots of problems and issues using these two and have solved all of them successfully. 3.
