| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She started her career with XXXX as a Project Manager where she was mostly responsible for digital marketing for their leading Oil and Credit Card client; she designed campaigns for running offers into the market majorly for XXXX through emails and such. Currently, her experience is more into RPA which is Robotic Process Automation, she started off with XXXX which is a startup in Mumbai where she worked with automations, also doing business analysis where she went out to clients, collect requirement, design workflows, and create automations for them. After that, she moved to XXXX as a Project Manager/Lead Business Analyst where she worked majorly with UI path, automation anywhere, and design use cases; she also had some junior business analysts there that she trained and mentored. After that, she moved to her current company XXXX as an Associate Manager for RPA implementation projects; she worked there on figuring out the complexity, requirement gathering, for a few projects they also went out to customers, explain RPA to them and design different other use cases. They also did reviews with their clients, design workflows, provide automation solutions, and process improvements. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be more into the requirement gathering and into the business analyst side with a blend of project management as well. She is good with asking lots of questions in trying to know more about the use cases that are there for her to design use cases and give a proper handover to their developers. |
