| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has close to 8 years of experience in investment banking and treasury products. He is currently working as a Murex Lead for XXXX where he is leading a team of 10 people to do the integration and back office stuff; some junior resources are also reporting under him. He primarily handles the module of integration and back office modules and any kind of production support activities related to the development and hot fixes. He also have worked on sales force and Murex side where he mostly was involved with the production support and back office side. Before this, he was with XXXX and worked in Malaysia. Aside from doing Murex back office, he is also doing business analysis, test for functional consultant, and now doing lead consultancy as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be handling management projects and bit of onboarding and resourcing side as well. For his technical skills, he is great with techno functions, Murex, XML, and back office for his technical coding patterns. In terms of people management, he is currently handling about 10 people and also has junior resources reporting under him. His job scope is divided into technical and management; he still is being involved with design scope, budgeting, and onboarding resources as well as handling Agile and Sprint phase, user stories, and business analysis. |
