| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He’s been into software development for the last 11 years and is currently working with XXXX where he is mostly doing backend development with Java as the core base technology, also Spring boot and Microservices as the framework. He also is proficient with Oracle for the database and use Git for version control. In terms of domain experience, he started off into railroads, telecom, healthcare consulting, then cross platform AIs. He is now working on developing, maintaining, and doing enhancements for their digital platforms; currently working on two Fintech-related projects and B2B E-wallet solution. Even though he is now a team lead, he is still doing coding and development along with managing the team; he works closely with their technical delivery manager to ensure seamless delivery and quality of their projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be architecture since he likes to do coding and can reinforce his way of coding/standards to the team. For the technologies, he’s strongest with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. He’s also good with building relations, collaborating with multiple teams, communicating, and keeping relationships strong within the team. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 11+ years of experience in development, strongest with Java Spring Boot, and has used SQL Servers as well. Not much experience with Flutter since he’s mostly doing backend but he’s open to learning new technologies.
