He spent nearly 15 years with South Africa’s XXXX, focusing on liability management and sovereign debt. His expertise includes managing RSA retail savings bonds and leading the implementation of a customized treasury back-office management system. He played a key role in developing this system, integrating it with banking operations, and introducing SWIFT payments for the government. He also contributed to the overall management of domestic and foreign debt instruments and led teams responsible for the system’s ongoing functionality. 2.What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? His strongest skills would be financial analysis, understanding the impact of a properly functioning balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow on business performance and liquidity. He is able to coordinate and collaborate with teams to achieve common goals. Apart from being a fast learner, he can bring together diverse groups to work towards a shared objective. 3.
