| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He started off with an Electrical Engineering background and got to another degree of Information Technology, he is now pursuing his Master’s degree in Information Technology. He started his career back in 2012 and has been into the communication industry since then. He has done different projects from telecommunication in XXXX. He was also an RF Engineer for 10+ years now and has worked in XXXX initially where he worked on 3G, 4G, LTE, and related stuff. After that, he moved to XXXX as an RF Engineer again where he designed and developed software solutions for their clients and worked with different team of Engineers using TFS. He is currently with XXXX as again an RF Engineer where he monitored KPIs, did deployment of COW system, and performed CTTP and making E911 test calls on different sectors. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be engineering in general since he came from this background and has been doing it professionally for more than 10 years now. He is good with helping people and explaining hard technical things to them. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and has great passion for it. He’s also familiar with analog process nodes from baseband to <1 GHz, he’s not developed/designed any of it but has user experience on it. Proficient with VLSI and circuit design, very familiar with ADCs, DACs, high-speed amplifier, and sample & hold circuits as well since they use it often in their base stations. Has been involved with CCI, OTAs, and those kind of things; also was involved with the whole process such as development stage onwards. He has handled about 17-20 people including engineers, drive testers, and technicians. |
