| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has close to 21 years of overall IT experience. He started off his career as an IT consultant and has been working into the banking domain for about 8-9 years now in both GCC countries and for clients in the US, Europe, and Australia as well. In terms of the domain, he’s worked on the retail, corporate, and wealth management, also have worked on some manufacturing companies. In terms of the tech stack, he started off as a Developer and majorly spent time on SAP and ERP projects, and cloud-related projects as well; recently from the last seven years of his career, he has managed lots of cloud migrations either AWS or Microsoft. He was also part of major digital transformation programs for his current and recent roles. He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Project Manager where he is involved with supporting the resources across the globe and do some specific enhancements as well for MENA, Africa, and Turkey. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be program management, project management, stakeholder management, and setting up PMOs for digital transformation projects in the banking domain. He has managed big programs which are having multimillion USD revenue already. He’s also good with managing teams, has handled the biggest team size of close to 70; great with C-suite level of managing directors and teams as well. |
