His previous role was with XXXX as a Product Manager/Technical Director where he mainly overlooked the entire IT side of the company including product and project management. They typically focus on ecommerce software and he had a team of about 5-6 developers working on product and ecommerce software itself; they are doing everything from design development, deployment, and research & development as well. After that, he decided to set up his own company in Dubai called XXXX where they are focused on real estate CRM software. He still does coding at some times but he’s leaning more now into hands off rather than hands on. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be product management, project management, he also has background in coding and understand how it works. He has great hands on experience when it comes to product itself, great with team leadership and recruitment, and has touched a bit of everything since he overlooked the entire IT space from before including networking, security, to liaising between stakeholders. |
