He has over 18 years of experience in IT industry including IT infrastructure, end-user services, and asset management; he also has worked with IT service delivery and IT service management. He is currently a Senior Manager for XXXX where he is typically heading into user services department across the global and have more than 60 people reporting to him in the US region, PH, and India as well. He has a team of service desk and desktop support folks where they are responsible for first level escalations and second level support, he is the one in charge for the third level escalations; looking after major escalation and growth of the whole department. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Desktop Support Engineer/Asset Engineer. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his great customer satisfaction ability and he’s a very good listener as well which he believes is important being in the IT industry and can handle problems, provide solutions to customers as well.
