| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Started his career as a web developer and freelancer after that, joined XXXX as a Programmer Analyst where he started learning front end development from scratch. He has used React and Angular here and also some other technologies such as NodeJS, PHP, and bit of UI designing, wireframing, and such. After that, he joined XXXX for 1.5 years and moved to XXXX as a Technology Lead where he is working on a project and creating some products; he is leading a team of around eight members there and handling mostly the front end developers where they follow Scrum-based Agile methodology. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Angular and has experience in designing web applications, wire framing as well. He also learned everything from scratch so whatever technology, application, and complexity, he can easily handle it. He is also great with application development end-to-end process starting from gathering requirements from client side, making wireframe, and do designs and front end development as well. |
