Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has around 18+ years of experience in the IT management field in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and UAE. He also has experience in different domains such as media, retail, medical, reinsurance, and last role was with the Fintech. He is currently with XXXX as an IT & Project Manager where he is managing and launching new mobile application for personal finance management and he was the one in charge for the delivery of the requirements of that mobile application. He was also managing the team ensuring that they are meeting the expected deadlines, the requirements, and they are being monitored/governed by SAMA in Saudi Arabia. He is also making sure that their applications are aligned with their security requirements, UI/UX requirements, and testing as well. He was also part of the implementation of OCI from the start of the contract, the specification, requirement gathering, up to development and production. Before, he was also a part of ERP implementation, HRMS, resource/sales tracking, and warehouse management. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be automation of workflows and reengineering of IT implementation for rules policies, establishment policy and procedures, implementation of new solutions, and any side of development using the latest technologies. Great with leadership and has handled a group of 10-13 people as his biggest team; he also does lots of consultation aside his current role. |
