He also worked closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. After that, he was promoted as the Lead Java Developer for the same company and handled about 6-8 members reporting under him. He also was an IT Lead for XXXX where he again was focused with Java, Spring boot, and Flutter technologies for web and mobile applications that they have integrated to most of their clients in the banking domain, he was handling a total of 10+ developers there. His last role was with XXXX where he served as the IT Software Development Lead and led around 7-10 developers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software fintech solutions.
