He started his career as a Branch IT Officer where he mainly did PC Repair & Maintenance and support users on their IT-related issues as well. After that, worked with XXXX as a Hardware Management Officer where he provided hands-on installation of new computers, printers, system networking, and configurations as well. He worked for another financial institution which is XXXX as a Regional IT Engineer, he there provided first and second level support to IT related issues in all coverage branches of the company. After that, he worked as an IT Engineer for XXXX where he again supported on both hardware and application related issues. He’s currently with XXXX as an IT Support Engineer where he troubleshoots and repair PCs, printers, and other IT hardware peripherals; also involved in providing technical support and helpdesk support to clients via onsite/remote. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would mainly be doing IT Support, mostly end user support as well in desktop, laptops, printers, and mail-related issues. He’s also good with both hardware and software configurations since he has been doing this since he started his career. Has worked on mobile and banking application support as well. 3.
