| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He started off working with XXXX in Dubai as an IT Support Officer where he was involved with installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers as well. After that, he moved to XXXX in Abu Dhabi as an IT Support Engineer where he mostly responded to incoming telephone calls and email inquiries from internal customers regarding computer-related problems. He is currently working with XXXX as a Technical Support Coordinator where he is mostly responsible for audio/video, active support, and digital classroom, smart classrooms; they currently have five members with different roles and his responsibility is mostly with Office 365, DM/VM configurations, SCM level 1 and level 2 elements. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be end user support from L1, L2, and L3 as well since he has been doing this since he started his career. He is good with the infrastructure side of things as well and have finished his CCNA last 2017 although he hasn’t used it for professional purposes yet. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 5+ years of experience in the IT Industry and has been doing IT Support since then. He is great with troubleshooting and can consider himself strong with it, also wouldn’t say he’s strong on the network side but have the foundations since he has completed CCNA several years ago. |
