He has completed his Bachelor’s in the IT field and has been working in the UAE. He is currently working with XXXX as an IT Support Engineer where he is working with different customers, maintaining their back up data, doing regular check-ups, and work with access control machines on remote setup. He can solve any hardware problems even on remote including internet connectivity, troubleshooting, servers, and storage. Before this, he was working with XXXX as a Technical Support Engineer where he was doing almost the same as his current role. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his strong grasp in networking, doing things as per the requirements including designing, installing of Active Directory, Windows servers, and working with software patches update, basically monitoring everything regarding IT. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 4.5 years of experience in the IT support field.
