He is a technical support engineer with extensive experience in IT support roles. He has a solid background in support and fixing issues with IT infrastructure. Currently working with XXXX as an IT Support/IT Service desk and he is previously with XXXX as an IT Support & Cloud Engineer where he is responsible for working on a migration project from on-premise to cloud in around five countries with 3K+ users to migrate to Azure cloud. Before this, he was with XXXX as an IT Support Engineer and was an IT Support Specialist for XXXX where he mostly did deployment of new configurations with more than 300K+ users, he also provided L1 & L2 support for customers and clients. He started off as an IT Service Desk for XXXX where he was responsible for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows operating system and front-end software as per user requirements.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?

Strongest skill would be his great skills in reading and analysing the event viewer for Windows. On top of that, has great proficiency with problem-solving and troubleshooting since he has been working with this during the start of his career up to now.

Has over 6 years of IT support experience, has previous experience as IT Service Desk as well during his first job and after that, all of his jobs are IT support. Has good knowledge and experience with networking systems and considers himself strongest with troubleshooting. Familiar with IP network concepts as well.
