He is working on .Net technologies, developing multiple architectures and recently developed projects. He is currently a Senior Software Engineer where they are managing multiple resources and create database applications cloud and CI/CD; he is also responsible for managing the whole team of developers that follows Agile methodologies. They do daily stand up, sprints, and work closely with project managers and BAs. Before this, he was a Team Lead for XXXX and XXXX as well. He started off as a Senior Software Developer for XXXX and System Analyst for XXXX. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be mentoring the people, developing architecture, managing source code, and guiding applications.
