| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has completed his Bachelor’s last 2012 and after that, was placed in XXXX as a Test Engineer and moved into data warehouse domain. The first project that he had there was a banking ETL project where he had to do multiple kind of validations starting from file-to-file and do multiple transformations as well in the business logic; he used SQL Server, Teradata, and Unix as well. He was also involved in both SAT and UAT phase. After that moved to more of lead roles and have taken care of four-seven people in UAT phase, directly involved in interacting with customers and stakeholders to provide detailed report on daily basis. He then moved to XXXX as a Senior Associate and was in the healthcare domain. In the projects that he handled here, he was like a data analyst where he needs to modify data stages and analyse existing data as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be his involvement in multiple kinds of projects and jobs. He is good with analysing data and is actually a quick learner as well so he’s good with learning any required technologies, understanding requirements as well. |
