He then gradually moved to software development management and for the last 10 years, he was working with XXXX as the Sri Lankan Post Development Manager and worked on their development center. Last 2019, he was appointed as the Managing Director but before that, he was also working as an Operation Director, Head of HR, and Software Development Manager for them. With that, he is experienced with the whole software development life cycle. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be people management especially with technical people. He specializes with the software development industry people management since he came from a technical background and has continuously work for software development management.
