In his previous role at the Syrian company, his responsibilities included system administration tasks like server installation and configuration, including VMware. He also managed network storage devices and participated in infrastructure, CCTV, and Wi-Fi projects. His current role in Dubai focuses on firewall management and configuration, including security policies and routing protocols. He also works with routers, switches, and troubleshooting technical issues for clients under annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). Furthermore, he manages Microsoft 365 administration, including user training and domain-related issues.
