She has about 8+ years of experience in the IT PM Industry. She started her career as a Business Analyst in the Analytics Department of XXXX. After that, moved to XXXX as an IT Implementation Project Manager where she worked on two projects: identifying the automation opportunities for HR department and transition project from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors, has deployed about 8 modules for that project. She then worked as a Technical Project Manager for XXXX where she was working predominantly on 6-7 projects. Currently, she’s been working with XXXX as an IT Project Manager; she’s responsible here purely for Azure cloud migration projects. She’s managing end-to-end with every project, from initiation phase to the closure. She’s also a PMP Certified and AZ900 Certified, also PL900 Certified. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skills are varying from role to role. She started as a Business Analyst so she’s proficient with SharePoint, Office 365, Advanced Excel, and SQL. Then good with SAP as well for several years. Towards the 8 years of experience, she has worked on Jira, Clarity PPM, and different project management tools. She’s also great in using Figma, Java, C++, and Restful APIs for programming languages; have been closely working with Azure and Power Platform Services/Products. For her soft skills, she’s prominent with customer-facing engagement, conflict resolution and negotiation, risk management, and managing stakeholders. 3.
