| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has done his Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication. Has been in the industry for about 7 years now and is actively using several analytics software such as R Programming, Excel VBA, SQL, and some data warehouse such as Snowflake and Databricks. Have been dealing with several healthcare databases and his career started with Smart Analyst where he was a Senior Analyst; he’s responsible there with several data analytics job using SaaS SQL. After that, joined XXXX as a Senior Associate and was mostly doing data analytics there as well. In this company, he used extensive R programming, SaaS, and SQL. He is now with XXXX as an Associate Manager where he is managing and driving direction from strategy to execution of applying data analytics. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be data analytics since he has been working in this area for about 7+ years now; he can also say he is good with several data statistical and analytics concepts. Aside from that, he is also proficient with several programming platforms such as SaaS, SQL, Excel, and great with designing several analytics software using VBA. In terms of warehouses, he is experienced with Databricks and Snowflake. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has lots of experience working for huge and multinational companies; his previous job with XXXX and XXXX was also based on different countries including India, Europe, Australia, etc. In terms of the analytics tools, he has good handling experience with MS Excel, good with server analytics tool using VBA and user form (dashboards and such). He also has chance before working with PowerBI and has level of understanding with Tableau, can pick it up in a very short span of time. Has strong IT background and is good with data quality, presentations, and analysis. |
