He also said that he did some certifications and currently with CCNA, The Bits & Bytes of Computer Networking, and Technical Support Fundamentals. He also said that he had an experience in IT support and computer networks. |
| 2. What skills / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the list of criteria’s according to the client’s requirements? He has a good skill in IT support and networking which he rates his skills for 4 out of 5 for both but also said that he does not have a solid experience in those two but have the knowledge on how those two works. |
