Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? With 17 to 18 years of experience working in the data center, consulting, advisory, project delivery, service delivery, team management, and cloud etc. He said that he started his career as a network engineer and took certification for Cisco – CCNA and CCNP. He has a certifications for project manager as well and been doing PM for more than 10 years now. He is currently working as a manager and been dealing with the Microsoft azure cloud and currently handling projects for US and UK. He is also managing a large team which is composed of 70 to 80 people and 20 there are directly reporting to him. He is also responsible for the client interaction, taking the business requirements, working with the cross functional team, and working for the agile and scrum methodologies. |
| 2. What skills / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the list of criteria’s according to the client’s requirements? He has a good skill in team management and been working with azure cloud in his current and previous jobs. He has 12 to 14 years of experience in implementing networks for both LAN and WAN and with different certification for Cisco, project management, and cloud. He said that his strongest skill is related to IT infra which he rates his skills for 5 out of 5. |
