Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? With more than 8 years of experience working in the IT industry. In her first job, she was working as an application support engineer and mostly working on the Microsoft technology related projects. She also did a project in South Africa for a point-of-sale system which is created using C# .net and SQL technologies. She does the support and troubleshooting for the client issues on their daily transactions on POS system and ticketing tool which they have three level support and she was in third level support and work more in SQL and data manipulation on the back end. In her previous job, it is somewhat related and she also does the same thing which they troubleshoot issues using the reporting tools and fixing the fields for the report. |
| 2. What skills / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the list of criteria’s according to the client’s requirements? She said that her strongest skill is using SQL since that’s what she use for her daily tasks before and rates her skill for 4 out of 5. She also has an experience using the SharePoint and Microsoft Azure environments. |
