| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? With more than 5 years of experience in accounting and most of his experience are related to it. His previous job was a senior management accountant but he said that he is now looking for new opportunities that is something new for him. He said that his role in his previous jobs was to worked in tax and do some discussions with the clients. He also said that there are quite a bit of business development involved as well. Mostly, his role us to communicate with the clients and do meetings. He also worked in the banking industry which he contact clients, dealing with enquiries, bookings, and make sure that the service level is extremely good to their customers. He was also leading 20 to 25 people back then and make sure that the relationships with clients are always maintained and could really get quite a lot of repeat customers as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? He has a good communication skill and can build a good relationship with its customers. He said that his strongest skill is his customer service experience which he rates his skills 5 out of 5 since he said that most of their clients are giving good feedback about his service. |
