Prior to that, she was with XXXX where she initiated and structured the PMO department will all policies, procedures, including infrastructure and software. Before that, she was with a vendor as a consultant. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? She thinks that the key skill for any project, program, or portfolio manager is having a good relationship with the stakeholder as well as its management. Also good with Transformation and Change Management. Rates herself a 4.5-7 out of 5 in her overall knowledge and experiences. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client’s requirements? Has overall 9+ years of experience as a project/portfolio management, has experienced working on internet products/platforms and team management experience.
