He is from the Philippines and currently working in UAE for 3 years now. He said that his first job was an IT support engineer in XXX South for Dubai XXX. Then worked in XXX as an IT support engineer which is an airline company and after two years in XXX Manpower Services, he decided to look for another opportunity outside which is his current company, XXX and working there for a year now and mostly support the financial experts in Abu Dhabi and mostly uses the cloud managed device which is MMD from Microsoft. He said that his task is to handle the inquiries from users and uses the Azure AD but some of the users are using the virtual device. He said that he has more than 12 years of experience now working in the IT industry and said that way back in XXX information technology, he had an experience in incident management as well.
 
2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?

He has an extensive experience when it comes to Microsoft 365 products, ServiceNow, and other leading support technologies and most of his experience are IT support or helpdesk. He has an experience in Active Directory, Apple OS, and Exchanges.
