Have successfully managed projects including gaming platforms, product launches, offline events, and online platforms. He is currently working as Head of Operations & Talents in XXXX where he mostly monitors and reviews operational performance. He mentioned he has a positive team culture and likes empowering team members. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? The strongest skill as a project manager would be his ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Also, he has strong attention to detail and solutions on how to solve certain problems. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client’s requirements?
