| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? I’m XX and I’ve been in UAE for almost 18 years. My entire career is more of store like one of the larger board and paper producer in the world. I’ve been with them and used to handle the paper, pulp sales in the UAE, Saudi and Kuwait. I was the one in charge of the key accounts. Our key accounts is most of the printing board companies like in dairy milk and mcdonalds and even starbucks and I was the one who’s printing that and converting that to make it a different boards. Also, in year 2019-2021 I decided to get my EMBA and finished my MBA in year 2021. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in? I’m very confident with my sales experience like I said I was handling key accounts in the past and handing key accounts means that you need to be really expert in terms of sales and management. 3. From 1-5, how would you rate yourself in sales and printing industry? Definitely I’ll rate myself as 5/5 in terms of sales while in printing since its also a part of my previous job handling key accounts, I would confidently rate myself also as 5/5 in terms of printing. 4. Do you know Spanish/French/Arabic? I’m actually starting to learn basic French and in Arabic unfortunately don’t know much only the basic. |
