He did support the issues in resolving on the tech side and does share information with colleagues and used Jira. He is also Azure certified. He has knowledge of Google Cloud and AWS, and he has experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 support.
 
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?

Skill, wise he has great communication skills and has a strong end-support. He also has good knowledge and experience in information technology infrastructure planning, capacity analysis, and system implementation

3. He worked for X Limited they have requested Level 1 and Level 2 support and he is handling the tickets that are being sent to him and resolving and troubleshooting the problems and providing information to his manager at the end of the day with the progress and movement of the tickets. He is also supporting Singapore, US and UK markets, Australia markets.

4. He had used Jira for the ticketing systems. He had also used Confluence before. They used it for their ticketing systems, he also has a solid background in using Service Now.

5. He is a CCNA certified and has a strong knowledge with support with anything network related. He had also helped in performing some troubleshooting for the network issues that they have encountered.
