| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has been in the QA field for over 7 years now and has recently relocate to Dubai and is doing some freelance QA Engineering jobs, she’s mainly specializing in software testing, QA engineering in both manual and automation. Previously, she was with XXXX as a Senior QA engineer where she led a small team and assigned them their daily tasks, still involved with automation in web application, APIs, and also Sprint planning/stand up meeting. The last project she was involved there was a logistic business for one of their clients, also was doing e-commerce projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be software testing using technologies/tools such as Java, Cucumber, RestAPI, SQL, and others used in mobile web and API testing. Also specializes in scenario creation, test cases creation, and automation testing; proficient with creating scripts from scratch and designing automation framework, test analysis. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She has been doing QA and software testing for more than 7 years now, she’s familiar and used lots of testing methodologies including functional testing, web app testing, regression, black box testing, user accept, and smoke testing. For automated testing frameworks, she’s strong with Java, Cucumber, REST Assured, and a bit of Playwright and Cypress. |
