| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He has 16 years of experience in the IT industry and has been working on Dynamics 365 implementations and ERP management as well. He has implemented many ERP systems and has given end-to-end support such as gathering all reports, implementation requirements, and handle all situations from the start to end. He has handled business policies, business processes, and also was involved in making any customizations from the technical team. Previously, he has worked with Covalense Global Services as a Senior Technical Lead where he has managed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance with Supply Chain modules such as maintenance, enhancements, customization, support, and integration with their new e-commerce sites. Also was with Microsoft India as a Senior ERP Consultant where he again did Dynamics 365 implementation using Dual write between F&O Asset Management. He also has experience as an ERP and IT manager for Delifrost Caterers and worked in Saudi Arabia for several years as an IT Engineer, mostly focused into Microsoft Dynamics AX. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be IT management and ERP implementations. Basically giving the support training to end users and also have knowledge into project management since he has handled multiple projects already into software development. Also has knowledge working with e-commerce websites and some IT infrastructure stuff as well such as management, maintenance, and networking. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has lots of experience as an IT manager involving software and infrastructure especially during the early years of his career; recently, he’s focused into ERP and Dynamics 365 implementations.
