| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He completed both his Bachelor and Masters in Mechanical Engineering, during that time he was doing his Master’s, he realized he was intrigued by programming and full stack development and took lots of computer science courses. After completing his studies, he went back to India and did lots of self-study within many languages including JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, and other frameworks. He first started with XXXX as a Full Stack Developer where he worked on ecommerce projects and websites such as food delivery websites and mobile applications; handling all of the backend stuff such as creating APIs and connecting them with database. Currently, he’s now with XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer where he is handling everything from frontend development such as creating of UIs, also on the backend creating APIs using Node and Express. He also worked on the AI side of things wherein he integrated AI algorithms with their backend; most of their services they offer are HR tech platforms, integration of greenhouse and other platforms as well. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be the whole backend development such as creating APIs to designing the database structure, the whole architecture whether microservice, MVC, and other architectures. He also have handled the deployment side of things such as EC2 server and all AWS related things. Currently he’s expanding his knowledge and skill set into Fast API and general back end knowledge. Good with Python frameworks, still upscaling himself on that. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? He has almost 2 years of solid full stack development, doing both frontend and backend. Strong with both of it as well including React, Next for the frontend, and Node and Express; good with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL DBMS as well. He is very much involved with AI/ML applications in his current role where he is training the models, selecting models, and focused mostly on NLP side of things. Great with Devops, cloud hosting, and version control side as well since he is involved with deployment as well. |
