| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? Has 4.5 years of experience purely from India, handling front end developments most of the time. She started with XXXX as a Software Engineer where she worked on web portals for the banking industry in Middle East. After 2 years, she joined XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer where she again have handled banking projects, mostly on the frontend side. She has leveraged React.js and Node.js for their projects, also handled a team of juniors to help them learn React.js, code cleaning, and other stuff. Most of the projects they’ve done are legacy applications for US banking projects. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be React.js with the help of Material UI for designing frontend applications. She also have some basic knowledge of Python programming language along with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and such. She is currently describing herself as a 50% frontend, 50% backend focused developer. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? Has 4+ years of full stack development experience but she’s mostly leaning into frontend focused development. Knowledgeable with React and Node, has used it for her recent banking projects; willing to learn and adapt Next and Express as well. For control version systems, she’s good with using Git. |
