| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? She has over 8 years of experience in computer and software engineering. Primarily, she worked on back end development and most of their projects have been BFSI domain (banking, finance, and insurance). Currently, she’s working with XXXX as a Developer, Senior Consultant where they are working with a bank for their financial services, specifically their loan management system. She’s leading a team of seven in building complex and large scale applications; her expertise is on Java, Kotlin, SQL, and building microservices along with latest technologies such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and recently completed DevOps courses, basically for building CI/CD pipelines. She is also pursuing data engineering course and is interested to work on AI/ML part. As a senior consultant, she also is doing lots of client interactions where she gather requirements from them, build applications, and work on designing the overall flow of their apps as well. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Technology Analyst where she mostly worked with automated processes for banking domain applications. Started off with roles in XXXX as a Senior Software Developer and XXXX as an Application Developer. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Strongest skill would be Java, Kotlin, SQL, and some DevOps tools for his tech stack. On top of that, she is a go-getter and is very proactive in learning and adapting new technologies as she is always excited to bring some innovation solutions to the table. She is currently doing 20% team management and the rest of 80% she spends on the technical side, still building the application along with the team. 3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements? She is currently pursuing some courses in data engineering so she’s knowledgeable with Python programming and also familiar with GenAI-based products. Also has some knowledge with Tensorflow and Pytorch. She would prefer to relocate to UAE and work onsite. |
