| Interview Assessment Notes | 1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? He is now working as a Payment Aggregator in XXXX in UAE market. His skills are mostly in full stack, which includes node, java, and springboot. He also has skills in managing database in MongoDB and MySQL. Since he is working in a payment industry, he uses ISO 8583 for card payment transaction and for cryptography and security area. He has expertise in HSM hardware which is used to encrypt transaction in payment area. He graduated in XXXX as a BS Software Engineering then he completed a scholarship in XXXX. He was a teacher in one of the top ranked university of Pakistan where his job was to teach practical programming labs to engineering students in software engineering and computer science. 2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? For frontend he specializes in React, UI Framework or white Framework, and TypeScript, which is he is working right now in XXXX right now. For the backend, he specializes in Node.js and springboot off Java. 3. Do you have list/s of key criteria that the client needs? If so can you tell me more?
